They’re not sending their best.
The leftist group American Oversight on Wednesday sued the Trump Administration for information on Stephen Miller’s role in creating the “public charge” rule.
The public charge rule went into effect Monday and restricts legal immigrants from seeking public assistance, such as food stamps and Medicaid.
In 2015 a study found 49% of legal immigrants in America were using federal welfare programs.
Now this will not be allowed.
Leftists are suing for information on Stephen Miller’s role in the formation of the rule.
The public charge rule was created in 1882.
“creating” the public charge rule? It was part of the Immigration Act of 1882.
I haven’t checked Stephen’s drivers license, but am quite confident he is NOT 138 years old. 🤦 https://t.co/zUdLf6RJeM
