It’s happened again. Judge Jeanine Pirro took four minutes to dissect and autopsy Barack Obama’s coming gun control executive orders, his failure in policy against ISIS and Al Qaeda, and his pinning the blame on the inanimate object rather than the people using it all in one shot. Holy cow.
Reminder to self: do not get on this woman’s bad side. She can construct a water tight argument in simple language faster than my pastor can explain the four horsemen of the apocalypse.

The good judge claims that our greatest threat is the gun control executive orders that Obama is prepared to ram down the public’s throats. She is correct in that further stripping guns as a form of self defense from the people does make us all sitting ducks just as the French were in Paris. On the other hand, not having a vetting process in place to screen out the terrorists trying to sneak into the country in the migrant and refugee program does deserve honorable mention. After all, if it was not for the terrorism that has multiplied in geometric progression while Barack Obama has occupied the Oval Office, Americans outside of the big cities where gun control laws demonstrate their ineffectiveness on a daily basis would not be so hot to get their hands on self-defense weapons.
“Up a creek without not just a paddle, but a gun as well.”
The woman does have a way with words.
As pointed out in this space yesterday, gun control laws in the United States have been around for a long time despite the Second Amendment. For the first 150 years of the Republic, those laws were state and local. Some are still on the books. Federal gun control started to take shape under Franklin Roosevelt, and exploded under Lyndon Johnson. Until Barack Obama, those laws were all legislated even if they are borderline constitutional. Now we have a dictator wannabe who is in the homestretch of his administration with a bunch of campaign promises he has no hope of fulfilling without using his pen and a phone.
Too bad what he wants to do is illegal. This writer will not go so far as to say “shoot terrorists” unless it is an act of self-defense, but it is obvious that Obama’s approach is not working. Judge Jeanine is right about that. Now the question becomes how long we can ignore illegal executive orders before Obama sics the Justice Department on the people.
