It’s standard operating procedure in the Obama White House and imitation federal government to protect criminal illegal aliens and to allow their lawbreaking to continue whenever possible. The social hierarchy in America has corrupt politicians at the top, those government employees and others who vote them into office second, illegal aliens third, and the American people in general occupying the bottom.
When an illegal alien commits a crime, a simple glance at the social order dictates that if the victim is one of those insignificant Americans bottom-dwellers, the illegal alien is not prosecuted if possible and the information as to the offense is to remain hidden.
That’s the policy in effect for identity theft of our social security numbers by illegal aliens who are not only in the country in violation of our laws, but working on our social security numbers and committing identity theft in the process. According to a report in the Washington Times, it is the policy of the IRS and the federal government not to notify citizens when their social security number has been stolen and compromised, even though the fraud distorts their records and can lead to future complications.
The IRS is aware of more than 1 million such instances, according to a blistering Inspector General report released on Tuesday. The IG reports that the IRS was officially notified of the problem five years ago, with nothing more than an abandoned pilot program being attempted in the years since to address the problem. The Inspector General warned, “Taxpayers identified as victims of employment-related identity theft are not notified.”
Karen Schiller, commissioner for the IRS’s small business and self-employed division, said the agency will try to alert all taxpayers beginning next year. She also vowed to figure out a system to let the Social Security Administration (SSA) know if someone’s number has been stolen. How tough can it be? The IRS is in touch with every American at least once a year.
The abandoned pilot program did notify some 25,000 taxpayers that their numbers were stolen but offered nothing more than a recommendation to contact credit monitoring companies as a “solution.” According to Ms. Schiller, the IRS is prohibited by law from telling the taxpayer the identity of the thief. They are also not in the enforcement business and take no action to interrupt the criminal acts whatsoever. Since the rest of the Obama regime places illegals and criminals above law-abiding citizens, the crime continues uninterrupted.
In a hearing into the matter earlier this year, Sen. Dan Coats (R-IN), said, “All of us can agree that victims need to know that they’re victims, and need to know that an agency of the federal government, whether it’s IRS or whether it’s SSA or both, ought to have some ability to talk to each other.”
IRS Commissioner John Koskinen told Senator Coats that sometimes the cards are loaned voluntarily as if that is an excuse for not having a method of preventing the fraud altogether. He reminded the Senator that they’re interested in collecting the money first and foremost, stating that they don’t want to eliminate the fraud because it’s still bringing money into the IRS coffers. They’re parasites working for the Federal Reserve oligarchs, anyway, and couldn’t care less about their American hosts.
Koskinen said, “Obviously, priority for taxpayers and the IRS is collecting those taxes.” That might be his priority, most Americans would put not having their lives further complicated by illegal squatters as a higher concern. There’s also the moral issue, Mr. Koskinen, you’ve heard of morals haven’t you?
Koskinen stated in his testimony at the time that new legislation may be required so that his agency is able to inform Americans that we’re being compromised. Why it is that simply being good stewards of the information entrusted to them and their own system is not sufficient and expected?
The Inspector General wrote, “The lack of a formal process to ensure that the SSA is notified of income not associated with an innocent taxpayer is problematic because this notification is essential to ensure that victims’ Social Security benefits are not affected.”
How about the FBI begins charging IRS officials with knowledge of the criminal activity with being complicit in the commission of over a million felonious acts of identity theft and subject them to the same sanctions as the illegals working on the fake documents. Odds are we’d have a solution the same day, probably before lunchtime.
