DOJ INSIST Local Police Departments Eliminate These IMPORTANT Requirements For Employment
There are circumstances where Democrats are consistent, the right of a person to not be killed are secondary to the right of a woman not to be “burdened” with a child, the right to keep and bear arms is superseded by the right of a terrorist from another country to move her to kill us, and the right of a criminal to hold public office.
While that might explain the reason rapist Bill Clinton is still out campaigning for his wife and espionage fugitive Hillary Clinton to unbelievably be attempting to secure the office of president of the United States, the toxicity of the Democrats has permeated deeper. They are attempting to embed their style of corruption, lawlessness and immorality into the fabric of our society.
On Wednesday the Department of “Justice” and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released a report attacking the practices of local law enforcement in hiring, recruitment, and retention with the objective of providing an advantage to non-white persons and specifically to those who would not now qualify to wash police vehicles, let alone be police officers. The supposed goal is the worship of their god of diversity, the excuse under which most of their anti-white discrimination is “justified.” It is also an important component in their federalization of local law enforcement across America, the creation of a Gestapo.
The report is titled “Advancing Diversity in Law Enforcement” and identified what the social justice warriors targeting white American citizens described as “barriers to diversity” within police departments.
They noted such outrages as “the use of criminal background checks,” in recruitment, a common sense effort to keep the bad guys out of uniform. Despite the Black Lives Matter thugs and others decrying the “bad apples” in the police forces across America, they’re promoting the argument that excluding criminals unfairly impacts minorities, because they have a higher percentage of criminals in their population. In the interest of hiring by skin tone, it’s now acceptable to hire criminals. That’s the racism-first Loretta Lynch perspective.
There’s also that problem with foreigners not being allowed to wear a uniform and order American citizens to do as they say. The anti-Americans determined that a US citizenship requirement is unfair because it “may prevent a considerable number of racial and ethnic minorities – many of whom have valuable foreign language skills – from being hired by law enforcement agencies.”
We wouldn’t want those jobs to go to Americans, either, would we Loretta? Especially not those white devils that entertain themselves by roaming around black neighborhoods engaging in target practice.
They wrote, “Researchers and practitioners have also highlighted that the use of criminal background checks, which are a regular part of the screening process for many agencies, is likely to disproportionately impact racial minority applicants since, for a variety of reasons, individuals from those communities are more likely to have contact with the criminal justice system.
“While law enforcement agencies are undeniably justified in carefully vetting and investigating potential hires, excluding applicants regardless of the nature of the underlying offense, or how much time has passed since an offense occurred, or without any consideration of whether the candidate has changed in the intervening period, can be a significant – and unwarranted – barrier.”
Except where it’s a white criminal, then there’s simply no diversity argument to bring those other considerations into consideration. Black or brown criminals can be redeemable, whites are deplorable, got it.
On the citizenship obstacle to almighty diversity, they wrote, “While Federal law allows law enforcement agencies to impose a citizenship requirement where it is authorized by state or local law, this requirement may prevent a considerable number of racial and ethnic minorities – many of whom have valuable foreign language skills – from being hired by law enforcement agencies.” Again, don’t give those jobs to Americans. Hire foreigners and let the American watch Oprah reruns.
Again, diversity was their ticket to all things equal. They “reasoned,” “Allowing work-authorized non-U.S. citizens to work in state and local law enforcement, particularly in jurisdictions with large immigrant populations, can enable agencies to more closely represent the diversity of their community.”
It also stated, “Especially as agencies work to serve communities with a large percentage of limited English proficient (LEP) residents, excluding officers who are not U.S. citizens may significantly limit the number of applicants who speak languages other than English.” So because illegals and foreigners are being flooded into the country by this illegitimate government, Americans should not be hired; those who share a language with the lawbreaking squatters should be given the job.
Taking their social engineering nonsense that they began in the military to the private sector, they also saw victimhood in the “rights” of those having their sex surgically altered to be treated as normal and a failure to do so, to have a sincere view that there is something abnormal and perhaps not indicative of a stable mental condition, as being discriminatory.
In addressing that aspect of law enforcement they stated, “individuals from LGBT communities have identified issues such as anti-LGBT discrimination and harassment and insensitivity towards the needs of officers undergoing a gender transition as obstacles to considering careers in certain law enforcement agencies.” Researchers also found that “women and LGBT individuals who have encountered bias in their interactions with police may also have reservations about joining law enforcement.”
They also applied the same “logic” to a recommendation that physical strength not be a consideration in the testing of female officer candidates. Clearly, the objective is to have a socially engineered force that is not the most capable or most legitimate and secure, but one that advances the agenda of the leftists in charge.
Any time the “Civil Rights” Division or EEOC gets involved in social engineering, threats are bound to be a component of their attack. In keeping with that tradition, the report also stated, “These processes may violate the law if they disproportionately screen out applicants from protected classes and are not job-related and consistent with business necessity.”
It was easy to guess the who was behind this intimidation package designed to further oppress white males. It’s former ACLU executive and Loretta Lynch’s Left Hand Hag, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Vanita Gupta. She heads the “Justice” Department’s Civil Rights Division in a most hideous and abusive manner.
She had a closing threat for law enforcement across America, writing, “We hope agencies utilize this resource as they strive to strengthen their diversity and we look forward to engaging with law enforcement on this critical topic over the coming months.” Conversely, Ms. Gupta, law enforcement and the rest of America look forward to you being returned to the non-profit parasitic sector as the Democrat Globalist are thrown out on their butts.
