4 ILLEGAL Immigrants Held In Rape and Battery Case
What was it that Trump said about illegal immigrants that got people angry? Oh, yeah. He claimed they send us people guilty of rape.
As much I hate to write anything that puts Trump in favorable light, he is being proven right.
4 illegal immigrants have been taken into custody in relation to a rape and battery case in Massachusetts.
A couple was taking a walk together last week when they were accosted by the 4 men.
The largest of the group restrained the man while the others drug his girlfriend into a nearby apartment building.
“They brought her into the building on the corner into the apartment,” revealed police. “They pulled a dresser or table across the door of the room so she could not leave … (They) were trying to climb on her while the others were groping her.”
The woman’s boyfriend managed to fight his way into the room where she was being held. Two of the men assaulting her came at him. One had a knife. The boyfriend was head butted several times while they struggled, but was able to smash his assailant with a beer bottle he located.
He got past the other and was able to free his girlfriend.
“I thought we were going to die. I really did. And I didn’t care if I died as long as I could save her and get her out of there, that’s all I cared about,” the man stated. “After we got out, we got down to the street and she was screaming, ‘Police! Police!’ and I was like, ‘Don’t stop, just keep running. ”
Law enforcement officers were quickly dispatched to the scene.
All 4 suspects were arrested. Clothing belonging to the woman and the boyfriend’s cell phone were recovered from the apartment.
The men taken in by police are all illegal immigrants. 2 had been previously deported.
According to the Boston Herald:
- Elmer Diaz, 19, is charged with rape, assault with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping and threatening to commit a crime.
- His brother, Ariel Diaz, 24, was charged with unarmed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, indecent assault and battery, kidnapping and witness intimidation.
- Another brother, Adan Diaz, 32, and Marlon Josue Jarquin-Felipe, 27, are both charged with indecent assault and battery and kidnapping.”
Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman, Shawn Neudauer, the agency is “closely monitoring the cases and has placed detainers on all four” of the illegals. Each of the suspects in the rape and battery case are being held pending dangerousness hearings.
Ready for that wall, yet, liberals?
