Code Pink has gone off the deep end. Â This morning at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing, the dimwitted darlings showed up and attacked former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, accusing him of war crimes for actions taken between 1969 and 1973 in relation to the Vietnam war. Â As a member of my family put it, how do these people keep getting into these places?
Henry Kissinger may well be guilty of a whole lot of things, but starting there is not a winning strategy.
The 91-year old Dr. Kissinger was testifying in regards to global challenges to U.S. national security strategy along with his fellow former Secretaries of State George Schultz (94 years young), and Madeliene Albright (77 and spry).
The hero of the day, though, is Senator John McCain, 80-something himself. Â At about 1:58 of the video below, he lays it out for the Cope Pink people.
Say what you want about John McCain, but here he had the guts to do what needed to be done. Â That goes for George Schultz as well.
