[Watch] Reporters Revolt as Josh Earnest Exposes Tactic of More Harm Equals More Persuasion

White House cover-man Josh Earnest faces three very determined questioners who appear to have gotten a little weary of his incessant excuses and falsehoods.

Jon Karl, Major Garrett and Ed Henry question Earnest as to whether or not the 40,000 people trapped by ISIS on an Iraqi mountaintop are going to be given humanitarian aid or are they simply going to be allowed to be slaughtered.

Earnest repeatedly attempts to divert the attention to the need for a “coalition, unity government in Iraq,” an unlikely proposition long-term and an impossibility short-term. Earnest refuses to answer and continues to circle back, stating that the White House is monitoring things, keeping an eye on them, and concerned.

The U.S. did drop some relief supplies and we will see how things ultimately work out for those who have been targeted for genocide because they are Christians, Yazidis or other religious minorities not approved of by the ISIS terrorist army.  The limited nature of the associated air strikes is of little consequence overall.

In presenting their case for non-action, the Obama regime has exposed themselves in some interesting ways that are worth noting. They relate to tactics they use to achieve desired objectives and their willingness to inflict additional damage in the process.

If we recall the unnecessary and deliberate increased consequences during the 2013 “government shutdown,” there were open-air monuments and other facilities which had no daily operational costs to the federal government which were closed simply as a way to increase the negative impact. Making it “hurt more” was a means to gain greater political leverage. The regime is using a similar tactic now, flooding illegal aliens into America, in order to force, due to overwhelming chaos, the American people to surrender to their legalization demands.

That same tactic seems to be on display on Mount Sinjar, using these poor people trapped on a mountain top to pressure the Maliki government to implement the changes the Obama regime wants to see. It is also possible that they are using the Maliki government as an excuse to do nothing, permitting their ally, the terror army ISIS, to grow and acquire additional assets and territory.

The filter of everything passing through the Maliki government doesn’t bode well for the Kurds. The stubborn insistence of the Obama regime that any aid, including armaments for defending Kurdistan from invasion must go through Baghdad will have the same effect as an outright denial of assistance. It will not happen.

Thirdly, the interesting comment of Josh Earnest that they need to get to the “root cause” of the problem in Iraq which he inferred is the Maliki government belies their actions on the American border. They make that proclamation while simultaneously ignoring the “root cause,” the illegal immigration magnet the regime has created through their non-existent law enforcement. They do so because it suits their political ambitions.

The regime knows what a root cause is. They know how to create them, they know how to selectively ignore them, and they know exactly what they are doing.

Theirs is a regime on a mission, and increasingly that missions appears to be the establishment of a radical Islamic caliphate and the diminishment and destruction of the United States of America and our allies.

The world has many serious problems. The most serious is that Hussein Obama is preventing the United States from being the United States.
