It’s interesting to listen to the comments of B. Hussein Obama regarding the Ferguson unrest and try to figure out what he’s really saying and who he’s communicating with.
Even illegitimate “presidents,†have to make it look good so he’s putting on a show as the opening scene in the upcoming presentation. They’ll be applying everything they learned in the railroading of George Zimmerman to this case, and if they’re lucky, they’ll be able to drag it out for about three months.
Obama starts on an ominous note, advising us that he received a full update from Eric Holder. It gets worse as he announces that the FBI will be conducting their own, independent investigation. He says he told Holder to do whatever is necessary to determine “exactly what happened and to see that justice is done.†The White House version of justice, that is.
Obama gave instructions to Missouri’s Democrat Governor, Jay Nixon, to point the nose of his car towards Ferguson and he’s on the road. Obama described his Democrat foot soldier as a good man and a fine governor, which means he does just as he’s told.  Nixon will also be joining in the “justice is done,†canonization of this common gangster street thug. Regular updates will be provided by all to Street Thug #1 on Pennsylvania Avenue.
The pandering starts in earnest with Obama saying we “lost a young man, Michael Brown, in heartbreaking and tragic circumstances.†He seemed to be within a breath of saying there was not a smidgeon of corruption in Michael Brown, but he was able to gather and control himself.
The overseer of the least transparent administration in history then has the gall to chide the local authorities to be transparent in their investigation. He throws a bone to the law abiding among us saying that opportunistic looting is not okay, but that is just window dressing for the real message that follows next.
Obama gets to his point saying, “There’s also no excuse for police to use excessive force against peaceful protests or throwing protesters in jail for lawfully exercising their first amendment rights.†Surely Holder told him that hasn’t happened but it doesn’t matter. It sounds good in a speech and no matter how often he is caught lying, most people continue to believe anything he says.
He chastises the Ferguson police for detaining two journalists for forty-five minutes, saying, “Here in the United States, police should not be bullying or arresting journalists who are just trying to do their jobs, and report to the American people on what they see on the ground.â€
Of course those same considerations don’t extend to journalists reporting on abuses within the Obama administration. His administration has prosecuted more journalists and whistle blowers than any other in history.
New York Times reporter James Risen is quoted by Maureen Dowd today as labeling B. Hussein Obama “the greatest enemy to press freedom in a generation.†Risen has been a target for as long as Obama has been in office for refusing to reveal a source. That kind of bullying is okay, it’s different.
Obama reminds us that we are all part of one American family, that we are united in common values and that is a belief in equality under the law. Except for politicians who are above the law, that is.
The last joke he springs in this chapter of “Obama Destroys America” is a reference to the need for accountability when it comes to our government. (obviously, State and local governments only)
Signaling that Eric Holder and Al Sharpton are going to have their noses firmly implanted in the Ferguson scene, Obama said, “Now is the time for an open and transparent process to see that justice is done. And I’ve asked that the Attorney General and the U.S. Attorney on the scene continue to work with local officials to move that process forward. They will be reporting to me in the coming days about what is being done to make sure that happens.â€
Translation: If there’s any way to score political points by hanging this on that White cop, we’re going to do it.
