More proof that the so-called crisis at the southern border is a premeditated political ploy. It’s complete with Obamaprops, this time they are pathetic children, guaranteed to show him as the caring “dear leader†who just wants to help those in desperate need. Most Americans don’t realize he’s the one who put them there.
Right on cue, two of the “gang of eight†RINOs have come out in support of giving in to the “inevitability†that America, the last great superpower, is incapable of defending its border from invading children. White flag in hand, Lindsey Graham and John McCain offered surrender; their version of a solution to the chaos is to simply remove the laws.
McCain wants to set up local offices in Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador, so the kids can border crash from home, and then be transferred to the United States. We transport them on our dime and we hold the gun to our own collective heads for them.
Lindsey Graham, who is as usual joined with McCain at the pelvis or hip, told Reuters, “We’d be able to make a more intelligent decision about what’s legitimate and you wouldn’t have the problem of people showing up, dropped off at the door. That makes sense to me.â€
In keeping with Obama’s plan to go around Congress on the issue of amnesty, U.S. Rep Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) said of that type of plan, “I think it’s something we need to discuss,†adding, “You don’t need legislation to do that.â€
Obama can act unilaterally to establish an emergency refugee program. There is his amnesty, here comes his pen.
There is not a free for all abandonment of reason and common sense among lawmakers, though. Alabama Senator Richard Shelby said, “I wouldn’t do that, the more they come, the more will come. There will be hundreds of thousands.â€
A typical refugee program provides legal work status and expedited green card as well as citizenship.
Jessica Vaughan of the Center for Immigration Studies said, “Creating a new “refugee†program would only exacerbate the problem and inspire even more families and kids to abandon their homes for a free pass to live in America.â€
“Such a response also would make a mockery of our legitimate refugee program intended to aid those who are persecuted, and would strain its resources unnecessarily,†she said, adding that the administration should instead ramp up their efforts to reunite the immigrants with their families back home.
“Instead of looking for ways to whitewash this self-inflicted policy disaster by characterizing it as a humanitarian crisis, the lawmakers who favor mass migration should concede that their talk of amnesty and neglect of enforcement were a mistake, and work to reverse the damage.â€
The creaking sounds you hear are the flood gates opening, and the nation collapsing under the unsupportable weight of the populations of these three nations plus Mexico being relocated to America.
