Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel, the former chief of staff and close comrade of B. Hussein Obama, is infamous for many things. One of those is the quote, “You never let a serious crisis go to waste.†The best type of crisis is one that you create yourself, or with the help of friends. It’s the easiest to take full advantage of.
That is the kind of deal that B. Hussein Obama and Emmanuel are working to their advantage right now. Emmanuel has made an offer to accept “up to†1,000 illegal alien invaders from the new Obama-created border crisis. He’s also planning to push what he calls a “broad based pro-bono campaign†in an effort to maintain the federal gravy train that is being created as well as enrich his Chicago lawyer buddies.
For those who couldn’t care less about anything other than pillaging their country as they destroy it, it’s a great scheme. You create a crisis on the border, claim the law requires you to perpetuate it, tax the people they are invading to pay for it, and then funnel that tax money to your own friends and special interests. Emmanuel is both a friend and a special interest; maybe he gets a double share.
Of course, as a socialist pirate, Emmanuel had to at least thinly-wrap his profiteering in the guise of humanitarianism. In his announcement, Emmanuel said, “The influx of unaccompanied child migrants is a growing humanitarian crisis that we can no longer ignore.â€
“While we have our own challenges at home, we cannot turn our backs on children that are fleeing dangerous conditions.†he said. “We will do our part to ensure that these children are given access to services and treated fairly and humanely.â€
It’s odd that Emmanuel considers his city a safe haven from violence and “dangerous conditions,†and arrogantly hypocritical for him to claim that he can keep them safe when his city has a population that is victimized by the highest murder rate in the country.
They were probably safer in Central America or with the drug cartels, but it is the money that counts and as Emmanuel says, it’s a crisis i.e. an income opportunity that they can no longer ignore.
His promise that he will ensure their access to services is a signal to get the giveaways ready. They will be raised to be dependent upon the state, as good little obedient socialists in the new transformed Amerika.
If Emmanuel is truly interested in the humanitarian situation, he could agree to take care of them out of his city budget and save the American taxpayer the expense of the Democrat demographic exchange project. That won’t happen. Emmanuel is a socialist hypocrite and it’s all about the power and the money; people are a tool.
