Ironically, Hussein Obama chose a Labor Day speech as the venue in which to introduce a concept which could have a huge negative impact on the working people of the United States. That is the idea of “immigration rights.â€
He slipped it in after the other, more familiar categories of exaggerated victimhood. As familiar as the public has become with Obama taking the interests of foreigners over Americans, many probably didn’t even notice. We can be certain the clapping seals gathered around him had no clue.
Calling upon his on-demand overly emphasized “neighborhood preacher†intonation, Obama said, “Hope is what gives us courage; hope is what gave soldiers courage to storm a beach, hope is what gives young people the strength to march for women’s rights and workers’ rights and civil rights and voting rights and gay rights and immigration rights.â€
The whole point of that nonsensical trip down Hope Street was in all likelihood to expose Americans to the new false concept of “immigration rights.â€
He’s promoting the idea that anyone who wants to break into our country, to crash our border, to violate our laws, has a right to do so; that they are justified and within the scope of proper conduct to violate our sovereignty. It’s perverse, but it’s a perversion that is consistent with Obama’s agenda.
Just this week his EEOC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Mexican government, guaranteeing workplace rights to those who have no right to be in the workplace; illegal aliens.
He’s giving Guatemalan women a supposed right to asylum if they claim they have been beaten by their husband or potentially anyone else who cohabitates with them. That nonsense will likely to spread to include all nations of the world.
He’s forcing us to accept and injecting Central Americans into all corners of the country, as well as his ongoing attempts to legalize and offer the real rights, those of American citizens, to anyone who can bribe their way across our border.
He’s destroyed by design, through his complicit DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson and his corrupt Attorney General, our enforcement of immigration law to the point of making it effectively nonexistent.
The next goal is to change the American perspective, and this is the first step along that path on Misguided Hope Street. If you have enough hope, you don’t need reason, logic or common sense. You just have to believe everything will be okay, that the big-eared, skinny guy in the suit who you’ve caught lying to you so many times is only doing it because he wants what’s best for you, and your family.
Obama said “Cynicism is a bad choice,†That’s not true. When Obama’s talking cynicism is the best choice. Passivity, ignorance and complacent acceptance are the kind of things that put the unsuspecting American citizens right where he wants them, in a line behind an illegal alien.
There is no such thing as “immigration rights.†Legal immigrants obtain civil rights when they have completed the naturalization process. Nobody has a right to immigrate to the United States, but you’d never know that listening to the guy who thinks he’s an emperor.
