[Listen] Let As Many Go As Possible – “Leadership’s” Message to Border Patrol and Law Enforcement

078-catch-610

Laura Ingraham opens the discussion by playing a clip of Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu in which he details the lack of a commitment on the part of ICE to enforcing immigration law, particularly how they take the unverified word of apprehended illegals. They need only claims that they have been in the country long enough to “qualify” under the new lawless laws,  Obama’s “revised statutes,” and they are being released into American society.

She has as her guest former CBS News Correspondent Cheryl Attkisson, who says her sources tell similar tales. Many Border Patrol agents have expressed their frustration to her that they are being told to simply “let as many people go as possible.”

This philosophy has been adopted by their leadership and it is in direct conflict with their oaths of office and the job they were hired to do.

Attkisson said, “Whether spoken or unspoken, there is a policy coming from the top, that they’re basically to be very lenient and try to let as many people go as possible, that’s what they think, that’s the message they think they’re receiving,” adding that agents she has talked to believe “they’re being told not to do the job.”

She also has learned that some of the court dates for the latest batches of illegal aliens are for as long as ten years into the future. She said, “I spoke to a member of Congress, if I understood him correctly, who said some of the court dates being given are 10 years out.”

Ingraham says she travels a lot and talks to a lot of people, and she sees a pervasive public anger and frustration that the elites in both parties ignore them, doing basically as they choose. They are told they won’t deport the illegals that they must for some reason pass an amnesty, in spite of polls that people are demanding that the rule of law be followed. Yet we don’t hear it in the media or in political leadership.

It’s apparent our political establishment is forcing amnesty upon us, like it or not, through every means possible. It is also apparent that in many ways, it is already here.
