Faithful Americans have been waiting a long time to see Hillary Clinton get her comeuppance.  Or a federal indictment.  One or the other.  Anything that will stick to prove once and for all to her apologists that the woman is a criminal grifter of the first order.

Well, in the wake of the convening of the Special Committee on Benghazi that sparked a search at the State Department for Hillary’s emails, we the people have found out all sorts of things about her communications habits.  A few of them are highly illegal.  With each new tranche of messages, at two in the morning or any other time of day, we see new examples of law breaking.  The last batch, though, had a couple exchanges that were clear demonstrations of criminal behavior.  Fox News’ Judge Andrew Napolitano explains:

Let’s talk about the crimes the judge outlines:

  • Espionage
  • Public Corruption

(Note Hizzonor doesn’t bring up perjury.)  In recent months, as has been explained ad nauseum around the internet, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has successfully prosecuted other public figures for these crimes on much flimsier evidence.  Not only that, but the career lawyers at the FBI are itching to lay these charges at Hillary’s door.

The question remains, though, will the Justice Department pick up the baton and prosecute.  With the 2016 presidential election possibly in the balance, this is going to get interesting.
