WATCH Hillary On The Vast Right Wing Conspiracy: It’s Gotten Better Funded

Hillary vast right wing conspiracy

It worked once, back in the 90’s, so why not try it again, right?  What is it?  Hillary Clinton’s version of palace intrigue known as THE VAST RIGHT WING CONSPIRACY.

Wednesday evening, appearing with Gloria Vanderbilt offspring Anderson Cooper on a CNN Democratic “town hall”, Bill Clinton’s “wife” answered questions on her main boogeyman responsible for all of her political ills, real and imagined.  It started with Cooper asking,”Do you still think there’s a vast right wing conspiracy?” to which Hillary responded tersely, “Don’t you?”

It went downhill from there.

Note the pot-kettle-black and greasy commentary (Courtesy of Breitbart):

“These guys play for keeps. They want to control our country…They want to rig the economy so they keep getting richer and richer,” Clinton said, mocking the idea of private philanthropy and ridiculing rich people who take pictures of themselves after donating their own money to “whatever charity.”

“They want to destroy unions, they want to go after any economic interest that they don’t believe they can control, they want to go after our political system and fill it with people who will do their bidding,” Clinton said.

“They’re just doing the bidding of the Koch Brothers,” she said about Republicans doubting climate change science. “This is exactly what they are up to. At this point, it’s probably not correct to say it’s a conspiracy, because it’s out in the open.”

“It’s real, and we’re going to beat it, but it’s going to take everybody working together.”

Clinton also said that supposed right-wing attacks have gotten to her. “It is a brutal experience, and when it first started happening to me in the early ’90s when I was working on health care,” Clinton said. “I could not understand how they got away with it.”

“I’m still standing, and I will keep standing,” she affirmed.

Sweetheart, you’re still standing because the health care system that you want so badly to destroy is reportedly keeping you alive.  And if you’re going to play in politics, you have to expect to be pummeled.  Politicians who need a friend in Washington have dogs.  (We note that yours get left in New York if you don’t have a photo op scheduled with them.)

Really, it’s not so much that the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy is “better funded” as Hillary’s misdeeds are no longer explained away easily.  There’s too many of them.  And really, if there was a right-wing “conspiracy” there would be better cohesion on the political right.  As it is, the effort is a bit of a mess, billionaire backers or no.

So, in order to explain her troubles Hillary Clinton is resurrecting the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy…we’ll file this with Big Foot, vampires, and the Loch Ness Monster.
